Cancellation Policy

This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. 1. Cancellation by the Customer • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If you book a training course online, over the phone, or via email, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. A full refund will be provided unless the course has already started during this period. • Cancellations Outside the Cooling-Off Period: o If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee. o If you cancel less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the course start date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. o No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date. 2. Rescheduling by the Customer • Customers may reschedule their course without penalty if the request is made at least 14 days before the course start date. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the course start date may incur a 10% administration fee. 3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by First Aid, Medical and Safety Services Ltd. • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to transfer your booking to a new date or receive a full refund. First Aid, Medical and Safety Services Ltd. will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation. 4. Non-Attendance • If you fail to attend the course without prior notification, no refund or rescheduling option will be provided. 5. Online and On-Demand Courses • Refunds for online or on-demand training courses will only be granted if you notify us within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed or downloaded any course materials. 6. Exceptional Circumstances • We understand that exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) may prevent attendance. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling may be granted at the discretion of First Aid, Medical and Safety Services Ltd. upon providing appropriate documentation. 7.
